Analytics. We record which pages were opened, how far down each was scrolled, how long it stayed open, and what was clicked. Alongside that we keep the country, state and city your network reports, your internet provider, your device, browser and screen size, and where you arrived from. This is first-party only — it never leaves our own database, and no third party or ad network ever sees it.

Two identifiers, and how long each lasts. A random session id sits in your browser's sessionStorage and is gone when you close the tab. A random visitor id sits in localStorage and does persist, so that if you come back next week we can tell it is the same browser rather than counting you twice. Neither is a cookie, neither is shared with anyone, and clearing your browser's site data removes both permanently.

IP address. We store the IP address your request arrives from, along with the network it belongs to. It is used to place you on a map and to tell a real visitor from a bot — never to contact you. If you would rather we did not, email us and we will purge it.

Enquiry forms — including ones you don't send. This one deserves to be said out loud. When you type your name, email or phone number into an enquiry form and move to the next field, that detail is saved to our database at that moment, before you press submit. If you then change your mind and close the page, we still have it, and we may use it to follow up about your enquiry.

We do this because a half-filled form usually means someone had a real project in mind and got interrupted. If you would rather that did not happen, do not type contact details into the form — email us directly at patelarya868@gmail.com instead, and nothing is captured until you choose to send it.

What we never collect. No passwords, no payment details, no GPS location, no content from other sites. We do not fingerprint your device and we do not build a profile that follows you around the internet.

Honouring Do Not Track. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, the analytics script disables itself entirely — no page views, no events, no form capture.

How long we keep it. Analytics for 12 months, then deleted. Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation, and removed on request.

Your rights. Under India's DPDP Act, the UK/EU GDPR and Canada's PIPEDA you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to erase it. Email patelarya868@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days.
