Selling to a customer in another country is not the hard part. Working out what it costs to get the parcel there is.

Snacks It handles that. A vendor signs up with their GST details, gets approved, and lists products with a supply price. The admin sets the margin and publishes. When an order arrives the vendor is told to prepare it, and a logistics team is dispatched to collect it.

From there the pricing works itself out. The system calculates chargeable weight including packaging and buffer, reads the destination postcode to find the right shipping tier, picks the courier for that tier, and applies the rate card — so the seller sees a real price rather than a guess. Margins, premium and express fees are settings the admin can change, not numbers buried in code.

Then a courier is assigned, an airway bill is generated, and the customer follows six clear states from pickup to delivered. Vendor, admin and logistics each see their own slice; the shipment is the one thing they share.
