Joining three disconnected products into one gym marketplace that actually pays out

When we picked this up there were three things that looked like a product: a members app, a portal for gym owners, and an admin panel. None of them shared any data. A booking in the app was invisible to the gym. Revenue in the admin panel was a guess.

Now they are one system. A member finds a gym or class near them, books a slot and pays in the app. That single action creates the membership, tells the gym owner who is coming, and lands in their revenue the same day — no spreadsheet, no month-end reconciliation.

Gym owners see only their own gyms, their own bookings and their own money. That boundary is enforced on the server, not by hiding a menu, so it holds even if someone goes looking. The admin sees everything across the platform.

Roughly forty screens in the member app: clubs, coaches, an events map, chat and direct messages, checkout and booking management. It ships to both the App Store and Google Play.
