A freight company touches a shipment maybe forty times between the customer booking it and the money clearing. Most of those touches used to live in a spreadsheet.
On the customer side it is simple: get a quote, book a pickup, track the shipment. Air, sea, door-to-door, domestic or cross-border — the same screen either way, with the paperwork each route needs spelled out before they book rather than after.
Behind that, the whole office runs on it. Rate cards and slabs, the item master, customs documentation, branch credit limits, complaints, staff messaging, custody of goods at each handover, and daily bank reconciliation — nineteen connected parts on one database, so a rate change or a delivery updates everywhere at once.
Shipment documents and KYC go into a secure store rather than an email thread. Customers without an account get a shareable tracking link. And the whole portal is wrapped as an Android app so field staff can use it on a phone.
Air, ocean, cross-border and door-to-door freight — customers quote and track online while the whole office runs on the same system.
On the phone
The same product on a small screen — the version most people will actually use. Built from one codebase, so nothing drifts between the two.
